Examples: Driver’s license, pay stubs, bank statements, employer verification.

💵 Income Requirements

Combined gross household income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

All income must be verifiable.

📊 Credit Screening

All applicants will undergo a credit check and must meet our credit standards independently.

Co-signers are not accepted.

🏠 Rental History

Applicants must provide three (3) years of residential history and contact information for rental references.

🕵️ Background Check

Criminal and eviction background checks are conducted for all applicants.

💳 Application Fee

A $75 application fee is required per applicant, as outlined in the property listing.

Application fees are non-refundable.

Pets are not permitted at any Thetford Properties locations. No animals of any kind are allowed.
